System Requirements:
- 486 or faster processor
- Windows 95 thru Windows XP
- 16MB of free memory
- 20MB of hard-disk space
- Color monitor recommended with 256 or more colors, monitor resolution of 640 x 480 or higher.
It is recommended to install the software on a working Windows-based machine, setting up the problem drive as a slave, and to recover data to a different volume than the one being recovered.
IMPORTANT: Data recovery requires advanced knowledge of computer systems including how to connect drives to a computer and what Master and Slave devices are. If you are not comfortable with doing this, consult our professional in-lab services.
